My take
These are a step up from an entry-level 80% tungsten dart. The shot-blasted finish gives them a fairly aggressive, consistent grip without needing a heavily cut barrel. They're also a really good-looking dart.
The current U.S. listings I found are around $77.95–$89.95 retail, depending on the seller.
